Sauvignon Blanc made under WOSA’s “Old Vines” initiative.

Bright gold in colour with a light green tinge on the edges. The wine shows depth on the nose with complex ripe flavours of dried fruit (pineapple and banana) with a fresh aroma of orange zest, pears, fresh quince and granadilla. This beautifully carries through on the pallet, accompanied by a softer rounded acidity building on the complexity of different structures and aroma into a long finish on the pallet.

This is a food wine and will pair well with all Mediterranean dishes and seafood.
