MATURATION METHOD

Left on the fermentation lees for 3 months and then a further 2 months on the fine lees before stabilization and filtration prior to bottling.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS

Pale straw color with rich upfront fruit flavor of Cape Gooseberry, Pineapple, Apple and ripe Melon. The mid palate has a good weight and balance with a velvety acidity that finishes in a long lingering aftertaste of roundness, freshness and fruitiness.

AGEING POTENTIAL: 3 to 5 Years

SERVING SUGGESTION: Prawn Curry or Roast Chicken

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 – 8˚C
